Shipping Details
Free shipping on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
Most in-stock orders ship the same business day when placed before 2pm Central, and standard delivery typically lands within 2–5 business days. Tracking is dispatched the moment your label is generated.
Expedited shipping and freight quotes for larger items are available — contact us before ordering for a rate.
Returns & Damage Policy
Most items are returnable within 30 days in their original, unused condition. We work through returns directly with you — no automated portal, no generic forms.
If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team and we'll handle it on your behalf. For most damaged-in-transit cases we'll arrange a replacement and manage the carrier claim ourselves.
